    SHE She fell in love. All she sees are beautiful possibilities and optimism. Everything is in place, a match-made in heaven that gives her goosebumps and firework-feel of excitement. Her eyes displayed that spark of joy and fulfillness - she was complete. She walks light in the air and goes with the flow. She's in a dreamland or paradise where sunrise and sunset bears beauty alike, she thought. She woke up hurting. Her eyes swollen from tears and her heart numb with pain. Why? Secondly, it also covers the mental aspect - alertness, reduces stress and improved mood. These are the few advances that this sport offers, as most of the articles about running claims. Few have mentioned about what running could contribute in the spiritual aspect. IT'S OKAY You chuckled and laughed hard - on top of your lungs. Others laughed with you - genuinely, they find you "loco-but-wacky". Some smiled - they're just being civil. A few smirked - vivid enough to tell you they don't like you laughing that loud. Should you care? Yes, because norms of society says so, you have to conform. No, because that is your life and that's how you feel. Distinct voices wanted to be heard, which of it will you heed. These are the things you consider, even in the smallest act that you do. Society dictates. There's always that line, to do this and do that, that's allowed and that's not. But hey, at times... It's okay to bend some rules, do a slight deviancy - break the pattern.
